END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR AR DRAWING: SKETCH & TRACAR

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and MINA SONANI ("Company," "we," or "us") for the use of the mobile application **AR Drawing: Sketch & Tracar** (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial use on a compatible device owned or controlled by you, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

   - Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App;

   - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;

   - Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party;

   - Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Subscription and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time purchase option that provide access to additional features and content. The available options are:

   - Weekly Subscription: $5.99 per week

   - Monthly Subscription: $9.99 per month

   - Three-Month Subscription: $19.99 every three months

   - Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment of $44.99

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. Payments will be charged to your Apple account.

4. User Content

The App may allow you to create and store visual content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the content you create, and you agree not to use the App to create or share content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or otherwise prohibited. 

You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display User Content solely for the purposes of providing and improving the App.

5. Privacy Policy

By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at [https://minasonani.github.io/privacy_policy.html](https://minasonani.github.io/privacy_policy.html).

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to any images, text, graphics, logos, software, and other components (excluding User Content) are owned by the Company. This Agreement does not grant you any rights in or to the Company’s intellectual property.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your device.

8. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction] without regard to its conflict of law principles.
